Yes, this is the current/latest version. No additional accessories, just the recorder and XY capsule.

It's the newer version as is evident from the box. Older versions included two different plug-in microphone capsules, a hard plastic case, and a USB cable. The MSH-6 mid-side mic capsule now must be purchased separately if you want it. There are also other capsule options available. The USB port can be used to power the H6 (just connect to a USB power supply such as what you might use to charge your phone), for transferring files from the SD card, or as an audio interface to a computer (and you can have the computer power the H6 in this mode). But it's a shame that Zoom didn't update the port to USB-C.
