A:Answer Not a technical answer, but here goes: In my view, it seemed a little brighter and sharper, which contributed to my decision to buy one. Not sure if it was the store lighting, the demo video, or what, but I liked it better than the alternatives. When looking to buy, I asked a salesman about what I perceived to be slightly different appearances on the screens of various brands. He said Samsung and Sony consistently have different opinions of what they consider "natural." If I recall correctly, he said Sony uses almost imperceptibly more subdued coloring than Samsung. He didn't mention Hisense. In the end, it seems you should go with what you like.
