Q: QuestionDoes this thermostat have the capability to control A/C and heating at the same time. In other words, can it switch from A/C to heating and heating to A/C automatically depending on what is required to reach and maintain the set temperature.

• A:Answer Yes, it will still work. Wifi hookup is an option. You will not get some of the features this unit has to offer. If you are not using the Wifi you should save some money and get a different thermostat, one without Wifi.
