A:Answer No, the Honeywell WiFi Color Smart Thermostat can't even use remote sensors. It is just one small step "smarter" than a typical 7 day sleep-home-away-home programmable thermostat and it controls the temperature based on the reading at the thermostat. Even the ecobee, which probably has the best capabilities for using remote sensors, can't do anything based on the spread of temperature readings on its own. You MIGHT be able to do something like what you describe with additional programming in a third party app like IFTTT. But you'd need to be pretty good at smart home type programming to pull it off. Before you spend too much time trying to do this, run your recirculating fan manually and see if it is effective at leveling out the temperatures throughout the house. I ran our fan 24/7 for awhile trying reduce temperature differences but it didn't work.
