- Answer It wouldn't damage the computer in any way, but the built-in Intel HD graphics chip may not handle the games very well in high-detail modes.

- Answer Some games, yes. Games like Minecraft or the mobile-type games in the Microsoft Store will run. Stuff like Batman, Call of Duty, Assassin's Creed, etc. won't run though. It only has 6 GB of ram and those games require 8+ usually. Hope that helps.

QuestionDoes it come with recovery discs?For drivers or windows if I ever need to restore it to factory settings. If I have a problem or want to wipe it. Is it an option in one of the drives on the laptop? My friend has an HP laptop but she got a virus and it told her to use disc to restore it but she doesn't have driver discs and unsure if HP has driver downloads on their site so we don't know what to do next with her laptop. I don't want the same to happen.

- Answer Like all the hp laptops, there is a separate partition with the software to create your recovery discs. Search for creating recovery software from the hp help or hp assistant.

- Answer You would have to use it constantly to notice even a $5/month difference. Also, it does have Power Save options.

QuestionCan this laptop be used with a wireless mouse?I've read the problems people have posted about the touchscreen not working and I don't live anywhere close to a Best Buy (closest is 150 miles) so that's why I'm ordering online. I don't necessarily need a touchscreen, but it would be nice to have both choices.

QuestionGoogle Chrome won't downloadHas anyone else had this problem? I click the download link and it will just sit there and do nothing. Internet Explorer keeps freezing while on Facebook. I really want to like this computer, but this is very irritating.

- Answer No it does not. However, you will not miss it since it has a touch screen and you can slide your finger on the screen to move up and down or even sideways.

QuestionJust bought this laptop. There were no papers in the box with it. Are there instructions somewhere?After opening the box, I found a small booklet with printing too small for the human eye to read. Are there instructions, a manual, or paperwork to fill out for a warranty I should have received?

- Answer the small print papers are the tech support numbers for different areas. you should have a folded "poster" like sheet with set up instructions and the information needed for warranty, etc. most manual's are online now.

QuestionSomething wrong with cd/dvd drive-won't read...I just purchased this and was very excited about it, until I started using it. For some reason, the cd/dvd drive does not recognize more than 1/3 of the software I have put into it. on top of that sometimes I have to put in the disk several times to get it to recognize it and sometimes it just freezes up doing nothing but spinning. I downloaded a HP recommended BIOS update and could not restart the laptop since. After days of downloading dozens of disks, I had to recover from factory settings, losing everything I had put on the hard drive. Anyone having these issues? The disk drive one is getting real old fast, so much so, I am almost ready to buy a different laptop. Please help! Mike

- Answer Mike, I do not have this issue. I would suggest you call HP tech support. If the laptop or the cd drive is defective they should replace it/repair it if it is still under warranty. There is a chance that the hardware may be defective.
