- Answer I don’t think you can. I’ve tried tech support and even sent the first computer back because of this issue. It improved but didn’t stop. I wouldn’t buy this computer again, but I don’t want to send another one back, so to drown out the sound, I play rain videos on YouTube.

- Answer It should be able to run Sims4 fine. The 8GB RAM is typically all Sims4 needs, but if you plan on streaming at the same time, you might want something with 16GM RAM. The 1TB SSD in this PC is also really good to have if you use a lot of expansions or CC. Just be mindful of it because it will fill up over the years with all other stuff you do on the PC too and All-In-One PCs don't have a lot of room to upgrade hard drives, if that's something you're interested in.
