• No heat issues thus far. Compared to my old HP laptop and my Dell laptop at work this thing runs very cool.

• I've used my for hours on end and have had no problems. It does get pretty warm after awhile but the internal cooling system works well in keeping the temperature under control

• Dont buy this hp product at all. Plus hp service centers are useless and dont care about you. I went out and purchased a lenovo after i went through hell with them. Oh and yes it gets hot
