QuestionDoes the hp move have the hidden camera security feature for face recognition? Would I be able to engage in zoom meetings as in any other laptop, desktop, phone or tablet?

- Answer It comes with a camera. Not sure what you mean by "hidden camera". Microsoft allows you to turn on facial recognition to unlock the machine. I didn't like how that feature worked - so turned it off.

QuestionI would like to enable dual display between my Envoy and my work laptop (a Lenovo ThinkPad T14s). Using an HDMI cord does not work (e.g., the extra display is not detected - on neither my work laptop nor my Envoy). Do I need to use a special adapter?

Questiondoes it come with excel? will I be able to use keyboard and mouse from my existing computer? I basically use for FB, emails, loading pictures and playing games on fb

- Answer No it doesn't "come with Excel." you will need a Microsoft subscription or will need to purchase their office product. You could also use Google Sheets and Google Drive for almost free. This is a great computer for basic email, FB and picture editing. It might not be up to running really intense games though. As for the keyboard - it is frustrating to use. It doesn't have separate arrow keys. And you are always guess if you need to hit the shift key to use the Function Keys. Some times yes, sometimes no and sometimes what you are doing goes away. I purchased a four port USB A expander and went back to using my old mouse and keyboard.

- Answer Oh yes it does have Bluetooth and a touchscreen. Much to the chagrin of my wife who comes over and points at something to ask what it is, only to have the computer go off to some random website because her aim was off. The touch screen is more of an annoyance at times. The keyboard it comes with is Bluetooth. My Bluetooth bone conducting headset works well with it.

QuestionWhy did the "HP Team" tell Bob he could hook up an external monitor via the HDMI or DisplayPort Outputs when this unit clearly does NOT have those output ports? What they should have told him is with the correct USB-to-HDMI adapter or Multi-Device HUB OK.

- Answer Thank you for the feedback. The HP Envy Move All-in-One 24-cs0074 does indeed have one USB Type-C port with a 10Gbps signaling rate that supports DisplayPort™ 1.4a and one HDMI 1.4 port. This information is available in the Best Buy specifications section, and the ports are viewable in the media scroll with call-outs. Yes, you can also use a hub, especially if you desire ancillary ports.

- Answer I have the 27 inch version which actually smaller than the previous 24 inch model I had. But yes, there is a 24 inch model but the screen resolution (number of pixels horizontally and vertically) is much, much less.

- Answer Short answer NO. But you could purchase a new motherboard with more RAM and replace what it came with. The RAM memory on the motherboard is permanent and not upgradeable.
