QuestionI see the power button is right next to the delete button. I anticipate that hitting the power button accidentally would be a problem. Is there some sort of mechanism to prevent accidental power button taps?

- Answer You have to hold the power button for about a second for it to respond, which should prevent accidental taps in most cases. I myself have only once activated the power button unintentionally. However, this only puts the laptop into sleep mode, so you can quickly get back into whatever you were doing if this ever happens.

- Answer Are you talking about touchpad palm rejection? If so, this laptop definitely has it from my experience. If you're talking about palm rejection when using an active pen, it has that as well, and you can even change the Windows Ink settings to disable touch input for a few seconds every time a pen is used.

- Answer You have several issues in this question. You might want to break them up into individual questions to make sure that you get a clear answer. Updating and Deleting: That sounds like a software issue. If you just purchase the laptop take it back in and explain your issue. If it is a problem with the computer, BB will fix and replace. If it is a user input error or software error, the computer can be reset to factory settings to fix it. Save your personal files first. User Accounts: MS Windows 10 allows you to have multiple users on the machine. Use the windows 10 help function or type user accounts into the windows search bar to get instructions. - Answer Yeah, mine would be burning my lap up all the time if I didn't have a "lap desk." I don't notice the fan as much as the heat, and the battery life ain't what they say it is unless they are talkng about running nothing but the home screen for 13 hours.
