QuestionMy printer has a ? on the printer and it will not allow me to print from my computer however it prints a test page from the printer itself. I have unplugged it, plugged it back in, shut off the printer and the computer however the ? comes right back on.

- Answer If your old printer doesn't seem to like W-10, you may be able to use "Compatibility"with a W-8.1 driver (I was told it works, but haven't tried it). I'm buying a new printer anyway!

- Answer Your phone, iPad, and printer all need to be on the same wireless network. Once they are on the same network, the phone and iPad will see the printer again and you will be able to print.

- Answer Yes, I have 4 Browsers. However I had to get help from DELL to make it work with FIREFOX. They fixed it w/in 5 minutes. It worked w evey other BROWSER right out of the box, EDGE, Explorer, CHROME. MY HP LT worked fine. They actually sense each other once the Wireless code is recognizes you downloaded the software.

- Answer if you don't use the printer a lot it does that... mine too. Seems when I don't use the printer for a while it does this maintenance thing and some updating .It can be disabled in tools
