QuestionGoing to be used for streaming A/V content, Can it handle simple Steam games? how does it's gaming ability compare (to like SNES/PS1-4) can it use something like Photoshop (nothing too intense, just basic still-image editing, NOT full-mo video)?

- Answer Hi. The Steam minimum system requirements are for a quad core processor (i5 or similar) and a dedicated graphics card which this model does not have. You can do basic photo imaging with this computer.

Questioni was using chrome cast with my old HP slimline [windows 8.1] I had the geek squad transfer all of my files to the new pc does the download of chromcast have to be set up again in windows 10 and will geek squad support do that for me

- Answer The power button on the desktop is the top button on the right hand side of this HP Pavilion Desktop. Or you can turn off the computer through Windows. The easiest way is to select the Windows button on the keyboard. It is to the left of the space bar. A menu will pop up. The power symbol will be on the bottom left. Click on the power icon and select shutdown.

- Answer I never tried personally but it says you can when you insert a cd. You can store it in the HP and with a downloadable program you could.

- Answer The power draw on that video card is quite low at 38 watts. The 180 watt power supply in the computer should have no problem handling it.

- Answer This HP Pavilion Desktop - TP01-0014 has 1 PCIe x16 slot and 1 PCIe x1 slot available for expansion. The discrete/graphics card will go into the 1 PCIe x16 slot. You may also need to upgrade the power supply. This desktop has 180 Watt Gold efficiency power supply.

- Answer It comes with Windows 10 installed. It also has a 30 day trial of Microsoft office, as well as some security software, things like a photo and video viewer and other "productivity" software and some games.

QuestionCould I install a radeon Rex 550 into this

- Answer The recommendation for using the Radeon RX 550 card is that the computer have at least a 400w power supply, which this computer doesn't, so you'd need to upgrade the power supply as well. The motherboard requires a 4 pin connector to the power supply, so if the supply doesn't have that, you'd also need an adapter.

- Answer None of the HP desktops currently available at Best Buy have a Blu-ray drive built in. However, you can use an external Blu-ray drive.
