Q: QuestionSeperate chargers?Does the keyboard need to be charged seperatly like the Asus 2 in 1 machine?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Hello, I see that you are interested in knowing if the the keyboard on the HP X2 needs to be charged separately than the screen. All parts to this laptop charge together, so when the touchscreen is attached to the keyboard it becomes active and ready to use. Hopefully that helps you out, and thanks again for choosing HP.

Q: QuestionIs there a trick to opening the lid?Yes I have it facing the right way. It seems like it does not want to open more than an inch.
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer There could be something obstructing the hinge. If you look down at the top of your closed laptop with the front end facing you, the "HP" logo should be upside down. There might also be a button on the front edge that you can press to get it opened. I would read the user manual to check on the proper way to open the laptop. Here is a link to the user manual: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04442199. I hope that helps.

Q: QuestionHow do I reinstall my broadband adapter? How do I reinstall my broadband adapter? One of the Windows Updates removed the adapter and I have gone back to all of the previous Restore Points and the Adapter will not reinstall. It shows installed but the error says the device is not connected to the computer. How does it get reconnected?
Asked by rdwjr.
- A:Answer Where does it show that it is installed? You need to remove that first, try right clicking on where it is installed to uninstall or removing it from your control panel. Then, click on the HP icon at the bottom in your taskbar. Then click on Hp support assistant, it should show your tablet and next to that it says Add a Device where you can add it. Or go to your settings and click on devices, this will pull up a screen. Then on the left of that screen it says printers and scanners. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and click on Devices and Printers. This will bring up another web page. At the top, under the address bar it says Add a Device, then click on that.
