QuestionEverything has been hooked up correctly to my M1 Mac book pro. It does not recognize any Ethernet connections to the device when using. Is there drivers that I should have been directed to? There are no informational pamphlets included with the product.

- Answer On the product web page, the compatibility section lists this for MacBooks: "2020/2019/2018/2017/2016 MacBook Pro". That's a bit vague, as the M1 MacBook pro seems to have come out in November of 2020, but it does make me think this spec hints at your issue being one of compatibility. For what it's worth, no special driver download was needed for using this with a 2020 Intel MacBook Pro, so this might be something Apple themselves didn't support across architectures. That's speculation on my part though.

QuestionAre there enough ports at the appropriate speeds to power 2 4K monitors? Are there either 2 HDMI or 2 DPort -PORTS on the adapter? to meet this: up to 4Kx2K @60Hz/3840x2160?

- Answer There is only one HDMI port and no DisplayPort ... port. According to the product web page (Search for "Hyper HD30F") it supports 4k@30hz. I cannot confirm, as all of my own external monitors are WQHD models.

- Answer There is the one USB C port (with the short pigtail cable) that is the input to the hub and there is also one USB C port available for general use.

QuestionI can't get the external monitor (Sceptre HDMI 100 Hz) to work when connected to this docking station. The monitor keeps telling me to check my input. The external monitor works fine when I connect it directly to the laptop but that defeats the purpose
