    • Answer Hi there! There is no minimum size for the Venom 2 Back as the adjustable velcro wrap can wrap around itself and be attached anywhere on the device. The maximum waist size for the Venom 2 Back is 47 inches, although we do have an additional extender that will add 10 inches to the wrap if needed.     • Answer While it's not recommended or necessary to leave the product on the charger indefinitely, it should not cause any problems with the battery. Over-charging protections are put into all of our products as we account for them to be used in various types of facilities. The Venom 2 takes about 6 hours to charge completely if the battery is completely drained. This can also be checked on by looking at the battery indicator light next to the charging port when plugged in. When that light is a solid green color, then the device is fully charged.

    • Answer Our Venom 2 Back is designed specifically for the lower back region and may not fit well over your knee. We do sell our Venom 2 Leg option on our website that would be a better fit as it is designed for all the major muscle areas on the leg, including the knee.

  • QuestionDoes it work while sitting on an angled faux fur chair?

    • Answer There should be no issues using this device on your chair! The heating element is only on the inside part of the wrap that makes contact with your back. As long as the heat is not directly touching the Faux Fur there should be no issue's with your chair. Also, just so you are aware, applying any additional pressure to the device by sitting in a chair will increase the feeling of the product being hotter. Please just start your session at level 1 heat and progress upwards if you are still comfortable.
