- Answer As just a user, to my understanding, the SSD and hard drive are upgradable. There may be warranty issues if you do it yourself

- Answer It supports 4 sticks of ddr4 up to 64gb. According to the MOBO website the ASRock z390 pro 4b supports most speeds. I’m running 8x4 Corsair vengeance 3000mhz

- Answer I got the ram of the same speed as the computer came with. 2 x 8gb and plugged them into the two empty slots. Computer and ram came up with no problem.
