Q: QuestionDoes this charger charge as fast as the fast charger adapter for my note 5?

• A:Answer I seriously doubt it. Most fast/rapid/quick chargers use either higher voltage (this pack's max is 5v) or have a higher amp rating than the 2 amp max on the one tablet port. (That the pack can source 4.2 amps total is somewhat irrelevant if you can only get a max of 2 amps thru the one high amperage port.) Don't get me wrong. It's a fine pack. But it's NOT a fast charger power pack and you shouldn't expect it to charge as fast as power packs labeled "fast charge" / "quick charge" / etc.

• A:Answer It charges from a USB type mini plug - like a smartphone uses. USB from the computer - mini plug into battery. If the solar charger can do this, probably so, but it takes a long time to charge if drained down. This cable is supplied with the battery, but it is short - 6-8 inches.

• A:Answer Motorola has some certain requirements on the tirbo... but might have some FAQS via their forum in how to change something in the settings so that it does. Sometimes without recognizing the source it will still charge at some pace
