• Yes. And yes.. except not the digital cord. It comes with red white RCA plugs and extra plug in adapter and power cord and remote. It's also Bluetooth and easily pairs with your phone.

• Mine is currently plugged into a 60in Samsung. It does come with the cable to plug in it but I needed a digital optical audio cable which I needed to purchase in addition to the sound bar.
