QuestionHow do you use the remote to input channels? My Mom had just purchase this TV and she says the TV remote that came with this TV has no numbers on it to input a channel…only the ability to scroll up or down which is painstakingly long. Any help?

- Answer If you are using your Roku TV with an antenna to watch live TV, you can quickly jump to different channels using the channel list. To see the channel list, simply press the LEFT arrow on the remote while watching live TV. A list of all your TV stations will appear on the left and you can quickly select the channel you like. You can also hide TV channels you never watch starting from the home screen. Go to Settings > TV Inputs > Antenna TV > Edit channel lineup.

QuestionWhen I attempt to connect TV to the wifi, it finds 'wireless network' fine (green check mark) but consistently gets caught up on 'local network' and won't connect. Our internet is high quality & other electronics work fine. What could be the issue?

- Answer Unfortunately, you are out of luck! Everyone, including me, that gave a one-star review is having the same issue. I go through the process, it says connected with a green check mark, then it says not connected or drops WiFi connection in the middle of a movie. The TV was a waste of money.

- Answer No, Roku is built in. If you have an account it loads all your stations after you log in and put in onscreen code.

- Answer Had the same problem. I have good wi-fi. Even got a geek out. Returned it and got the one without ROKU enabled and then bought the best box for that TV to enable it. Works like a charm. I did have to buy a $9.99 hgmi port connection but the best buy tech showed it to me.

- Answer Yes indeed. You will have to connect it to your computer with an HDMI cable. If your computer only has a DVI connector, you can buy a DVI to HDMI cable and connect it that way. Make sure you set your video card to 1366 x 768 output to match the TV. You can also make sure you see the whole computer screen on the TV by adjusting the Picture size. Press the * (STAR) key on the remote control and choose Picture size and "direct" to see the whole picture.

QuestionI want wireless headphones. Will they connect to this TV. If they won't, are there wired headphones that will connect?

- Answer Wireless headphones will NOT connect to this TV without a transmitter. You'll need to connect the third-party transmitter to either the headphone jack or the audio out RCA connectors. Bluetooth is NOT built in so don't be misled. If you have a Bluetooth headset, you can buy a transmitter that will plug into the 3.5 mm headphone jack on the TV and wirelessly connect to your BT headset. Best Buy carries one called Aukey I believe. Good luck.

QuestionWhat is the height of this without the stand. Specs say 7.2" and obviously thats not correct. Weight is off aswell it appears

- Answer I connected computer speakers to the headphone jack to get better sound and the the volume can be controlled through the TV or the speaker controls.
