Question3 different 90 degree water inlet elbows, none of them can screw into the valve for more than 3.5 turns. Can anyone please recommend an out of spec elbow to fit this out of spec water inlet? How many threads is enough to secure the elbow? Thanks.

- Answer Need a 90 with one side 3/8" pipe thread to thread into the unit and the other to mate with your water supply line. In my case it was a 3/8" ferrule thread.

- Answer Once you slide the soap door closed, press on the soap door where the lines are near the blue tab. The blue tab should hold it closed then

QuestionI received my Insignia dishwasher on Monday. I managed to start it ok and the dishes seemed clean, however the water never emptied out of the bottom and I don’t know how to fix that. I have more dishes to clean, how do I do that?

- Answer Water remains in the dishwasher. The previous cycle has not finished or has been interrupted. Make sure that the current cycle is finished. The dishwasher does not drain properly. The drain is clogged. Check the air gap (if so equipped). Make sure that the disposer is empty (if so connected). The drain hose is kinked. Make sure that the drain hose is not kinked and is properly connected.

QuestionWe got this dishwasher a week ago and so far are very happy with the job it does. But at the end of the job there’s condensation on the walls of the tub despite on us using the heated dry cycle as well. Any advice on how to get rid of the excess moisture?

- Answer The dryer continues to run after the cycle is completed. If you see that there is time remaining, simply close the unit and I believe this might solve your issue.
