QuestionI have an apple tv and a Nintendo switch plugged in to the HDMI switch but when I'm playing my Nintendo it turns my tv off randomly. How do I fix this issue?

- Answer My best answer is to trouble shoot and find out where the issue really lies, between your TV and the insignia or the Insignia and the Nintendo. Eliminate the switcher and plug the Nintendo directly to the TV. If the problem disappears then, there is an issue with the insignia. If it doesn't then your problem could be with either your TV or play station. Go on the Insignia website and lookup to see if that is a common issue with the switcher and they probably have an answer for you. Or better yet look it up on YouTube, they may have a video on it.

QuestionCan I program my universal remote to switch the input on the HDMI switch? If so, what is the code and how does it work?

- Answer For this answer one could find the code needed from the universal remote user's manual that accompanied the device. If not try going to the Insignia switcher manual or search their website or purchase an Insignia universal remote, that would probably work but you have to experiment and read the the manual. If it doesn't work, return it.

- Answer Yes, the switcher handles both Standard TV and HD TV, if there is any issues I suggest trying to use an RF modulator.

- Answer Not certain about the question either because the Firestick could do HD and the Fire box could do 4K and the Insignia switcher could handle both.

- Answer I would say yes. That is how I use mine. When changing between computers, you would just have to skip over the unused input. Very easy and certainly painless.

- Answer Interesting, since there is only one output. If you could find a high-quality HDMI splitter from one to three HDMI feeds to connect the one output to your three monitors, it sounds possible.

- Answer The Insignia has 1 HDMI input and can connect 3 HDMI devices I have a Samsung tv and this device works great.I hope this info helps.

QuestionI have a TV with a Bose TV speaker connected over ARC. On one of the remaining HDMI ports on the TV I have an apple TV connected and on the other I have this switch. I'm able to get audio to play over ARC from the apple TV but not this switch. Valid cfg?
