If you don’t then you should remove it from the old dryer or buy the one that complies with the latest electrical code.
You can have an electrician to install both; outlet and the cord.
If you want to buy it yourself, go to the near Best Buy, Home Depot or electrical store, show them a picture you took. They will sell you the cord.
I, unfortunately got rid of my old electrical dryer before realizing that I should remove the cord first, so I had to buy it in Best Buy store.
