I think you don't understand the information. This is a two year sales contract not for an extended warranty. If you sign a two year contract you pay$1. If you just buy the phone without a contract the tablet will cost $199.99. If you want to change your tablet, you can upgrade to another in less than two years. You have to wait the full two years to disconnect the tablet from internet service.
