A:Answer My player broke about 6 months in. I called best buy first, to find out they only cover if you had a geeksquad extra warranty. i than tracked down the number to Insigna directly, and after LOTS of time on the phone they said I had to take it to best buy as they made a note in their system than it couldn't be fixed. They said Geeksquad would evaluate it and if it could be fixed they would, if not they would replace it per the included 1 year warranty. Thankfully, I didn't have to go through the hassle of the evaluation, best buy customer service asked me a few questions and made the process of exchanging it super easy. i just received a whole new player!
