QuestionWe use this DVD player at work to play Disney movies for the kids. Our Aladdin DVD asks for a password and is the only one that does this. I'm not sure if it's the DVD, the DVD player, or both. Any idea what we can do? We've tried all possible 4 digit #s.

- Answer We use a small sound bar for both TV and DVD sound. It's connected through an input jack on the TV that could be used for headphones. Provides clear sound for both units with no obvious time lag or distortion.

- Answer We had even more basic functions that were identified as "invalid" when we had this unit connected to our Sharp digital TV. We managed for awhile before returning the unit as possibly defective. We did follow all of the directions and it just was just not a good match-up.
