- Answer No, the antenna doesnt come with a remote. It does scan the local channels via the setup option on the tv. Scan the stations.

QuestionSpectrum switched to digital and boxes are required to get reception to our tvs. We have boxes for all but one older tv. Will this work to get local stations? How is it connected to the tv?

- Answer I have had trouble with cheap antennas as well but this one is not expensive and it works well for me. I say try it and see if it does the same for you. This one work the best out of 3 other ones I tried.
