- Answer I recommend the Laser Lens cleaner sold at Best Buy It was easy to Use. It resolved the problem with Magnavox DVD player not reading any dvd.

QuestionWhen our Bose started to skip when playing CD's, I asked BEST BUY for recommendation and was referred to this product. The disk will not play (tried many things). When I forward to Track 9 it tells me I can remove Disk. Can't get started - what to do?

- Answer Same thing happened to me. I turned off the DVD and restarted it...actually did it a few times. Eventually, it accepted the disc. So far so good but there is the possibility the DVD is bad. Also, if you get it to work, remember to run it through every few months depending on your use.

QuestionWill this work in the dvd player/entertainment console of a car? The description says not for slots. I've read post were people were using it for their car cd players.

- Answer This could probably be shoved into a car's CD slot, but the little bristles on the underside would probably keep it from working correctly. It's thicker because of those bristles and needs room.

- Answer By ren, do you mean run? You just put in your player and let it go till it stops, just takes a few seconds. It didn't do anything for me and I ran it several times.
