“Inserted new Insignia Laser Lens Cleaner into my Bose and the message says “not readable”. Repeated the instructions several times and keep getting the same message. Now when I put in a music cd the message says “not readable””

When I bought the Insignia Laser Lens Cleaning Disc, I read in the fine print that this disc would not work in newer players. My players are Daewoo and Sanyo DVD/VCR combination players over 10 years old and this disc worked in both . My funai is also 3 way DVD/VCR combination player as well as a recorder, and this disc cleaned it as well! Always read the fine print before anything you buy to see what it can and can not work with! Note: This product did clean my Funai DVD player but the instruction format is just a bit different than on my Daewoo or Sanyo players, still after cleaning my picture on my screen was just as good or not better than when I first bought all 3 of my players!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used it on my Bose when it started skipping. Worked great. You may have more gunk than this is designed for. You might have check with a Bose repair service. Unfortunately, not cheap--but neither was your Bose.
