“would like to know if there is a lens cleaning disc for sale that will clean the blu ray lens on my PS4 pro. The two I have won’t work. The PS4 won’t recognize and play the disc. It’s a Insignia lens cleaning disc I bought from Best Buy.”

I used the Insignia lens cleaner on my PS4 when it stopped loading some DVDs and taking too long to load some others. The PS4 wouldn't load any menu or play any tracks that may be on the cleaner but it still ended up cleaning the lens and my PS4. The PS4 worked perfectly after that.
