Questionis it safe to keep in the car? Considering that in the summer the temperatures can reach more than 100 degrees

- Answer I wouldn't keep mine in the care. I don't know if it's safe or not, but I live in a very hot, humid city and I would be afraid of the heat and humidity doing it damage. I bring mine in with me each night.

- Answer Take the cable which came with the battery. Plug the small end into the battery and the USB end into a USB power source (computer, wall plug). When all the lights are solid, it's 100% re-charged.

QuestionI've plugged this unit in and pressed the button and all four lights blink once and turn off. Does that mean it's charged? It's been plugged in for about 18 hours but, once unplugged, wouldn't charge my phone, even after I tried turning it on.

- Answer When you plug your device into it and it does not start charging, press the status button on the battery pack and the charging will begin.
