QuestionWe have a LG soundbar that works fine. When we connected the Insignia speakers, the soundbar and speakers shut off randomly. Does anyone have any troubleshooting ideas? We have tried plugging the into the TV and into the cable box.

- Answer Hey Soundbarandspeakers, the only device that you can connect or line out from your soundbar is a powered subwoofer. The other two speakers are designed to use with a home theater receiver connecting them to the front speaker output jacks.

QuestionI run hdmi arc from my soundbar to my tv with all my devices running through the soundbar. My tv has an optical out. Can I just hook the transmitter up to the optical out on my tv or will i still need an optical running from my tv to my soundbar too?

- Answer Hey SS, at any given time, you should have only one main audio output connected to one main amplifier (soundbar, receiver, etc.) You also have to decide what device (TV, Soundbar or receiver) you want to use as your main hub. Usually, the ARC HDMI is used when you are using your TV as your main hub.

QuestionI’m having a signal issue. The distance between the 2 units is 15 feet. Initially, the receiver was placed inside couch storage box. It was working well. Recently, the signal keeps disconnecting if they’re not in line of sight, or someone walks in front.

QuestionI hit the delay by mistake how do I line the tv and speaker voice back up to match. Is the delay (-) for minus on the back speakers or tv? Is the (+) to make back speakers speed up to catch up to the tv?

- Answer It sounds like you're listening to the TV speakers and soundbar at the same time and hearing the difference in arrival . The delay function is only to tailor surround response given room size, but it does not have anything to do with overall system output.

- Answer I no longer use it as i have sjnce purxhased.a rexeiver but if remember correctly otn is as one volume comtrol for surround speakers and one for overall surrounf effect.

- Answer Of course! My setup passed through my cable box audio out going to the analog in of the soundbar, the receiver of the kit goes to the rear speakers. Just follow the instructions that csme with the kit.

- Answer They should work with any soundbar or audio system, it basically just interrupts the optical signal and emulates the surround sound! I love it with my Yamaha bar!!

- Answer You may have a speaker and source miss-match. Check to see that the specs on the speakers and the audio source match. Running 8 ohm speakers on a system that requires 16 ohm speakers, for example, can cause the components in the source to overheat and the sound to fade. Another source of crackling and fad is poorly connected wires. Make sure that the wires are secure and that no strands of wire are touching other parts of the housing or other connectors. Failure to observe these precautions may damage your speakers or source.

QuestionWhy was this $65 the rest of the year and now the holidays are here and it's $129.99 I really need to get this my grandfather is hard of hearing and turns the tv up till our ears hurt but I'm not paying double what it normally is.

- Answer Won’t work. They’re not compatible. Did your Sony and go for the full Sonos setup.

QuestionDoes the transmitter or receiver put out any power like an amplifier I have them hooked up to a set of Bose cubes now and they work very well but wondering if I can hook them up to a set of powered speakers for more volume

- Answer It does put out power but the volume can be lowered to help negate power damage to the powered speakers. I currently have this the otherway. Rear speaker wires from my receiver to the transmission unit. So far no damage has been done. The receiver unit is only L/R speaker wire out.
