- Answer If your laptop runs on windows 10/11 it should be fine. I know it works on other operating systems but that's what I use it on.

- Answer This device is for adding additional HDMI monitors. While HDMI does allow audio signals, this is unlikely.

QuestionWith my work computer, Dell latitude, manager by IT department, it does not work. In device manager, name recognized but yellow triangle and question mark on it , what to do?IT could not find the driver It works with personal computers no problem.

- Answer Search for the "Startech USB 3.0 to Dual HDMI Adapter" and install their driver. For me it did not automatically install for Windows 10 and I had to do this. I don't know why BB/Insignia doesn't provide a driver in the package.

Questionmy laptop is for work it is a windows 10, with chrome and edge/ the settings are managed by our IT department. will drivers still download automatically? i need 2 monitors and only one HDMI on laptop. Screens also need to be independent. thank you

- Answer YES. ONCE YOU SET EVERYTHING VIA DISPLAY SETTINGS (MONITOR 1, 2, 3 ETC.) REBOOT, POWER OFF, ETC. - EVERYTHING STAYS THE SAME - WITH USB CONNECTED NON-STOP.
