A:AnswerYou receive updates from time to time from Quickbooks but other than that you do not have to change packages until you decide to. Payroll updates are charged for unless you pay for a update subscription for payroll but as for the package itself it is good until you decide to replace it. I used Quick Books 2008 until this year without any problems.
A:AnswerNO. You have to get your payroll updates from them online but the rest of it is done on your computer. I don't store my backup on line. I store it on my harddrive and then make a flash drive copy to keep off site.
A:AnswerPayroll is extra..... A lot extra..... It is like 150 for the package and about a 5 or 10 dollars a person per pay period.
Find a good accountant or local payroll service
Too many things can go wrong, and the penalties will cost WAY MORE then either choice
A:AnswerI have windows 8.1 and just bought QuickBooks Pro 2015. Works fine. Only problem I had was getting my older 2006 version off my computer. Should have deleted it before I downloaded 2015.
A:AnswerNo this isn't the cloud version. The cloud version is called QuickBooks Online and you have to purchase it online. Go to their website for more information. I have used the online and PC versions. The online version does not come with all the features as the PC version so do your research.
A:AnswerYes just go to the reports, then business financial. There you will see P& L regular and detailed and balance sheet and general ledger. Just put the date from to at the top and then hit print. I supply a detailed balance sheet and P & L to my CPA every year.
