QuestionI purchased this for my note 10 plus the green light comes on where it goes into the cigarette lighter but when I put my phone on it it continuously says charging paused. What am I doing wrong. Thank you

- Answer Make sure you adjust the bottom to fit a larger phone. There is a knob to twist on the back that will lower it.

- Answer It should be able to charge. I have an otter box and it charges through that. My phone and my work phone both get pretty warm while charging on this. It does not seem to effect them just thought I would warn you. I do like this device especially for the price and quality.

- Answer I purchased mine 2 weeks ago. My son took it on a road trip, so i only had it for two days. There is a battery in it so that if your 12V outlet shuts off with the key, the unit will still release your phone. Mine did NOT charge the phone when unplugged, just ran the servo motor to grab and release the phone a couple times.

- Answer Yes, you can still turn your phone sideways. It has a round ball pivot in back to rotate (swivel) on, the tighten to lock in place. Hope this helps.

QuestionWill this ac vent wireless charger work with my minivan's "CarPlay" system? I really need a usb connector. I'm not sure that I have a cigarette adapter slot, definitely not near the ac vents. Is there a faster charging cord option? TIA.

- Answer This has to be plugged into a cigarette/adaptor slot. There is a USB plug on the back side of the part that goes into the cigarette/adaptor slot. Hope this answers your question.
