• A:Answer Hello dbone1d, with the Vacuum Bin installed, the Roomba Combo i5/i5+ will deliver thorough vacuum cleaning on hard floors and carpets. Swapping to the Combo Bin will add an additional level of cleaning with mopping on hard floors. When using the Combo Bin, carpets and rugs should be rolled up or removed from the room to keep them clean and dry. Alternatively, users can use the iRobot Home App or their voice assistant to send their Combo i5/i5+ to clean rooms without rugs or carpets.

• A:Answer Hello Marcos, Some of our products like the Clean base have region specific voltage, so we would recommend that you only purchase a robot in the country you intend to use it in. The Roomba J7 and I7 come to mind as robots that work on 220V

• A:Answer The Roomba Combo j5 robot itself is generally compatible with 220V-240V, but the Clean Base (charging station) may be region-specific and risky to use with a simple plug adapter. While the charger is often dual-voltage (100-240V), using a 120V-specific base on 220V can damage it. Additionally, using a robot outside the country it was purchased from will void its warranty.

• A:Answer Hello ALarg, Yes, the self emptying dock is the same for all the j series robots. However, if you buy the robot without the self empty dock (it will come with a smaller dock that only charges), you will also need to buy a new bin with evac port, as it won't have the flap on the bottom needed for emptying.
