QuestionWould like to have this installed in a 2011 CRV. I do not want it connected to my FM radio. I am pretty certain that I have an AUX port in the back of the radio. Can it be connected to that so that when I want to use it I just need to press the AUX but

- Answer Yes, if you have an Aux In on your stereo you can connect this way. It is actually the preferred method as you will have no potential FM interference.

QuestionI had the TranzIt BLU installed in my 2004 Lexus sc430...worked like a charm and I loved it...until now...it has started randomly interrupting my music app and skipping to the next tune. It will also hang up randomly on handsfree calls.

QuestionI have a Samsung note8. When I stream spotify or play the music is static. My friends android streamed spotify crystal clear. I had it installed at best buy and the guy didnt know what to do. Any suggestions? I can play YouTube and there is no static.

- Answer It works great in my 2007 Mercedes SLK. Best Buy might need an additional $30.00 in parts due to the antenna used in German cars. I’m very happy I added it to my car.

- Answer Have you paired your phone to the system? If not you need to pair through your Bluetooth and once you do it your phone should be able to be used like your music.

- Answer It only works through FM, as Its for cars that dont have a AUX or Line In, and/or bluetooth. If it sounds bad, first make sure antenna connections are all the way in and solid. then try lowering volume level on your phone. Mine sounded bad at 100% but great at about 80% volume. If still having trouble, change the braodcast frequency to a different channel, using the app. Or reading the manual. Mine sounds great through my FM, at about 80% volume on my phone.

- Answer this is a replacement for an aux in, for cars that done come with them. as long as the fm tuner works and you can plug the antenna lines in, then yes. it works on any car with an FM radio and antenna lines.

- Answer Yes it does send a ring tone through your speakers. If you have the mic your dont have to switch anything, it handles calls and music. YMMV.

- Answer I cant see why it wouldnt, as long as the car has a working FM tuner. It works on any car radio with an FM tuner and an antenna line in (which is required for the tuner)

- Answer nope but possibly an antenna adapter kit depending if your radio has same antenna lines as this does. my mercedes needed 2 adapters, but that was it. and a good way to tap into power, which doesnt require a wiring harness.
