- Answer Asus website states that "1x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C support display". That could mean that it will support "DisplayPort Alt. Mode". To verify that is correct, please contact Asus customer support.

- Answer After looking up the specs for your ASUS, it appears you have a standard USB-C port on there. The JCD543 requires DP alt-mode/Thunderbolt 3 capabilities in order to obtain full functionality of the JCD543. Otherwise, you will not be able to obtain a full 3 display with the JCD543. Instead, I recommend the JCD381 as that will allow you to have full functionality of the dock

- Answer It appears that model does not support DP alt-mode/Thunderbolt 3 via USB-C and therefore you will not obtain the full functionality of the JCD543. Instead, I recommend the JCD381 which is driver based and will allow both HDMI ports to work with your computer.

- Answer Yes. You'll have to plug in a power source to the docking station in the back (USB-C) and then make sure that your computer allows for charging through the USB-C.

- Answer Try getting the version of this product that plugs into the wall instead of relying on the USBC port. You are probably not getting enough juice to run everything. This product is inadequate for what it's supposed to do.
