QuestionI just bought these air buds. When a call comes in I can only hear the person w my right earbud? Why is that? Did I do something wrong? When I play music I can hear out of both?

- Answer Hey jen, The JBuds Air by design, only have call audio through the right. The right bud is the only one with a mic. Questioncan someone explain to me how you can get an extra ten hours of battery life from the charging case. I don't get it

- Answer The charging case has a battery built in to it. When you put the earbuds back into the case, even with the case NOT plugged in, it will charge the earbuds. Case has about 10 hours of battery life in it - so when earbuds are drained, you can put them in the case for an hour and they recharge. Great feature for when you are on the go and can't have the case plugged in. Obviously, before some trip (airplane, etc.), charge up the case.

- Answer It’s a USB, it just doesn’t have the metal case they usually have. Plug it into the open bit of the USB port and you should be good to go.

- Answer Yes, these buds connect to my iPod , and are Not water proof, but resistant to light moisture, rain, snow, a few sweat drops. But always dry them off before putting them back in the charging case.

QuestionAre these ear buds here just as good as the Airbuds that apple make? An they are rechargeable correct? An last question... how durable will they be for a person who is gonna use them non stop in a gym and will they be loud enough to hear really with lots

- Answer I used to have the ones apple makes and while I'm not an audiophile I don't notice much difference in sound quality. They are rechargeable; the case has a built in usb cable so you can charge the case and the case can charge the earbuds. I use mine in the gym all the time and they are plenty loud enough...volume can be easily adjusted by pushing the button on left bud to lower and on the right bud to raise it. Long press goes to previous track on left and next track on right. There are other control options as well.

QuestionDo these have a pushbutton that you actually press, or is it a 'tap' area? The buds I currently have use the 'tap' and that means you can't adjust or touch the fool things without changing something. I want a solid pushbutton, so is that what these have?

QuestionHow do I know the headphones are charging? I put them to charge for about an hour and within 20 mins it said low battery.

- Answer Your case may not be fully charged. I can get about 4 to 6 hours on bass boost mode. When you insert your earbuds in the case, the light on the buds will turn blue.You will also notice that when you close the lid, 2 lights will be blinking blue on the outside of the case. This lets you know the buds are charging.

QuestionI want to purchase the Jbuds, however I need to know if these buds.........Are able to announce incoming call through the bud and can I use voice commands through the buds?

- Answer Yes, you can use voice commands through the earbuds with voice assistants such as Google Assistant or Siri by quickly double pressing the right earbud button. As for calls, it does not announce incoming calls. It rings the ringtone in the right earbud and you can double pressing the left earbud to answer. Also, calls and assistant voices only come through the right earbud. Please refer to the online manual for more information about the functionality of the earbuds.

QuestionI understand that this earplugs run for about 3 hours and the fully charged charger holds approximately 10 hours. When the earplugs become drained, how many times can the earplugs get recharged, would it be 3 times (10 divided by 3)..?

- Answer It depends on how you use the headphones. If you use one earbud at a time then you can save more battery charge. If your on the phone only one earbud will be activated for the voice call even if you have both earbuds in at the time of the call. Both earbuds are only activated for media or music. But to answer your question yes about 3 times .

- Answer Yes, but it’s pretty good. I live in a building with 18-20” thick concrete walls and I can almost go about 40’ away from my phone (through probably 2-3 walls). I have had other earbuds in the past that couldn’t go that far.

QuestionWill cold weather affect the chargers battery life? I deliver mail and the charger will be sitting in the cab of my truck. Even with the heat on it's still kind of cold. I could put it by a heat vent but I've had that cause problems with my phone getting

- Answer Have you thought about carrying the charger inside your coat? The charger would be about your body temp and more readily available if you needed to charge the earbuds. I live in FL so the cold isn’t an issue here, but I have used these an entire work day with the occasional recharge in the carrying case with no issues.

QuestionAre there smaller hear bud coverings available? Ones that came with package are bulky, so buds hurt my ears and the left one keeps falling out.
