A:Answer That’s a good question. I installed this unit on my 2009 CLK 550 and there’s nothing on on the interface of the unit that shows that it could. My installer did not mention anything about keeping that CD Changer functional. Also, the car had a very cool feature where it showed on the instruments, the name of the street I was driving on. That’s also gone. I would recommend this to someone that has their music on their phone and can use apple CarPlay. Now I need to find a way to remove the CD Changer and the phone gadget that’s taking space away on my glove box and armrest storage.
