A:AnswerThe KICKER CXA800.1 amplifier that you reference is a Monoblock amplifier designed to power subwoofers only, it will not provide a stereo signal and is not for full range speakers. The amplifier will provide power for your subwoofers with 300 Watts @ 4-ohms, 600 Watts @ 2-ohms and 800 Watts into a 1-ohm load. If you need further assistance, please reach out to KICKER Technical Support, available Monday-Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time, 800-256-0808 or email at [email protected].
A:AnswerYes, I think this kicker amp would be great for your Rockford speakers but really it all depends on what kind of sound quality you’re looking to get and I would recommend a line crossover , but if you have no idea what you are doing I would recommend taking it to a sound shop, letting them do the installation but if I where you I would purchase two this amps one for each of your speakers, now that would sound awesome, good luck !
A:AnswerI dnt remember the rmsbon those subs or uou dual voice coil or one if the rating is 400 rms with 2 subs it will be good but for just one its too mich
A:AnswerThe fuse would blow if the amp had too much power. If settings weren't adjusted in 2 years, then I would check if it went into protection mode. See the manual for protection mode signs.
A:AnswerThis amp would be too much power for 2 tens, you need to set your gain carefully The comp C 10 is rated at 250 watts rms. 250+250 you only need 500 watts. Amp is rated at 600 watts at 2 ohms. This little amp actually produces more than its advertised power ratings. To Wire them in parallel connect positive from one woofer to positive from second woofer. Negative with negative. Very good amp I own 2 of them.
