QuestionHello, I would like to know if installers can take off the handles and/or doors to bring the refrigerator into the home. The depth with the handles and the refrigerator width are both too wide for our door frame. Thanks!

- Answer We just had ours delivered today and they were able to take off the doors & handles in order for it to fit through the doorways! They were easly installed once the fridge is placed in it's correct spot.

QuestionAre the lights in the refrigerator supposed to illuminate when the right side door is opened? Mine does not. Initially the delivery guy told me no because of energy efficiency but now I'm starting to question the logic.

- Answer The French doors do not close by themselves. They have to be manually closed, unlike the older model that we owned.

- Answer For your convenience, your refrigerator and freezer temperature controls are set to the recommended set points at the factory. When you first install your refrigerator, make sure the temperature controls are still set to the recommended set points. The recommended set points are 37°F (3°C) for the refrigerator and 0°F (-18°C) for the freezer. Hopefully this information is beneficial to you. QuestionI just received this item yesterday. It is rather noisy when running full (~60dB) and practically never shuts up. I mean, it's making noise almost all of the time. Sometimes it's quieter, but mostly it's quite loud. Much louder than my old one. Normal?

- Answer Mine is loud and annoying. My last fridge didn’t make these noises. Not sure there is a solution because it seems to be the way it works.. looking for answers. Have to sleep with bedroom door closed because it makes so many noises..
