QuestionI set temp to 400 degrees for a pizza but couldn't get the minutes to adjust correctly so ended up with 12 min as wouldn't let me adjust to 20, so thus I pressed start. At end of cycle needed to do additional minutes but can't figure out how on dial etc.

- Answer Hi Axman, The inside walls of the oven feature a nonstick coating. Remove heavy spatter with a nylon or polyester mesh pad, sponge, or cloth dampened with warm water. Dry thoroughly.

QuestionDoes this get very hot anywhere on the outside? I have breathing issues & can no longer use my regular oven as a result. Does this give off any smoke, etc or strong smell other than aroma of whatever you're cooking/baking? Thanks

- Answer My apologies for not being able to answer your question any sooner. It may be too late, but here you go. The first 2 times I turned the toaster oven on it did smoke a lot. I washed the wire rack with soap and then it stopped smoking. That could just be coincidence, but the directions do suggest washing. It doesn't get extremely hot on the outside. I can touch it without getting burned, I don't notice any strong aroma coming from it. At this time I am very pleased with the Kitchenaid toaster oven.

- Answer The Digital Countertop Oven does have a light that comes on when the door is open. It does not feature a light when in use.

- Answer Yes, you can bake cookies, the internal rack is 12"X14" so you would need something a little smaller so the hot air can circulate, and using the Convection part will make it bake evenly. One thing to know about toaster ovens is, they can bake and cook a lot of things. You just have to change your thinking about ovens.. Since there is just two of us, we use it alot more than the conventional oven.. Why heat up a oven for a frozen pizza? your not going to get a Papa Murphy's large or family size in a toaster oven, but you can fit up to a 12" pizza in one.. I like to use it for pot pies, start them in a microwave and finish them in the toaster oven, 25 min and I have the perfect pot pie

- Answer Yes this toaster has a lot of features including keep warm, reheat, broil, bake,air fry/convection, toast, bagel , proof & dehydrate. Toaster setting is really quiet . Almost doesn’t seem like it’s on. I haven’t used all the features yet since I’ve only had it for about 2 weeks. So far I really like it and would recommend it.

- Answer Very easy to clean - just wipe it down, and you can do the same for the grill, basket and crumb tray. Or just soak the cooking trays in soap/water - but you can place them in the dishwasher.

- Answer There is a pan and a mesh rack for air frying. In addition, there is a tray at the bottom below the lower heating element to catch crumbs and minor drips. I’d use the 9 x 13 pan to capture larger drippings. The top and side panels are painted black and don’t show fingerprints. There IS an interior light that operates when you turn on cooking functions.
