- Answer It does not work as well as Quantum max.If you do use eco ,make sure to set it on Tough-the other programs will not clean well with eco detergent.I tried "Ecover" and "If you care" brands.

- Answer Delivery is free. Sometimes they run promotions for free installation. Removal is a charge and it is stated at check out. I think it was $45.

QuestionIf I use powdered detergent for prewash, does it go in that small recessed area on the top of the little sliding door? Or does it go into the larger square-shaped area that is exposed when the door is slid shut over the main detergent?

- Answer They recommend that you do not use powdered or liquid dishwasher detergent but it would be put in the main compartment with the door slid shut. Cascade tablets are recommended and I can tell the difference from the powder, and powder tablets. Some dishes may be left with a white residue after they are cleaned. I have switched to cascade pods because I notice how much better they clean the dishes.

- Answer Life the door and put the rinse aid into half-circle shaped slot marked fill, until the bubble level above shows that it's full. I made the mistake at first, too.
