A:Answer Cd dove should open ,,,on this computer it's not all that accessible,,try using the vary tip of ur finger nail ,or butter knife to push the DVR button,,if not go to the folder icon in task bar then go to (" this PC ")
The cd or DVR that's in the drive will be displayed here , rite click their will be a eject option here .....click .... If this doesn't work something is wrong with DVR/CD/DVD player ,maybe the engine or the belt that drives the tray,it could be that something is obstructing the movement of the tray,could even be the DVD/DVR/CD not sitting proper in the tray
