QuestionWhy did the manufacturer put stickers on the top of the microwave and how do you get them off? I tried to peel them off but won't completely come off. Looks terrible!

- Answer There is a small film over entire product. Did you remove that? I have had no problems seeing light on mine.

- Answer The controls/button layout on the model I purchased do not light up. The only light is from the countdown/time display, which can be turned off to conserve energy.

- Answer It's 21 6/8" wide, 12 1/2" tall. I measure the depth at 17 1/8", and that includes the part that juts out in the back. They do recommend keeping it 3" away from any wall.

- Answer It's definitely not an over-the-range model but it could fit into a shelf cubby if it has about 17" of depth to sit in. The features are comparable to a larger built in.

- Answer The 9 x 13 Pyrex dish has a corner to corner dimension of 16 inches which will not turn in the 1.5 cu ft microwave. You need the 2.0 cu ft unit.
