You will need to check with your TVs manufacturer or review its owner's manual to see if it has a list of recommended Soundbars that have been tested for compatibility with the TV. This Soundbar also has an Optical Digital Audio Input that can be connected to any TV that has an Optical Digital Audio Output regardless of brand or manufacturer. ^CP

  • QuestionWhy does your ad say wireless soundbar when I have to plug the base into outlet, that's not like the Samsung I had, it had no wiring, now I am limited to where I place the base

    • Answer It was advertising how the bass unit is wireless, as in you dont need to connect the bass unit to the main soundbar unit. You still need to use a cable in order to connect to a tv or other device (Other than a smartphone as the soundbar is Bluetooth accessible). It comes with a digital optical cable and sounds just dandie :D

    • Answer You can use this device with a multitude of connections including the digital optical cable which is included with the purchase. I'm unsure about your TV and if you can connect to the bar with Bluetooth but I would recommend wired to the main unit for the quality and consistency. But its still fairly convenient if u want to listen to some audio from your smartphone :D Also may I recommend if you do not have already a Surge protector as depending on your area if you get power surges those can easily damage the sound system so I recommend the investment :)

  • QuestionWhen programmed to the TV and the Woofer does not hook up even after pressing in the button on the back of the woofer what could be the problem? Also why doesn't the sound bar change to different functions

    • Answer The woofer should connect automatically, I set this up last night as soon as I turned the bar on the woofer connected immediately. I'd look on the website for troubleshooting because the instructions say it should be automatic
