- Answer May not be close enough to wirelessly connect as the flash pattern is the searching function. If you get them closer together then turn off and on May solve the problem.

QuestionMy soundbars power cuts in and out. Anything else plugged into the outlet still works fine! Even the subwoofer stays on...press power to cut back on and few minutes later its on. HELP!!!

- Answer Is it near your Wi-Fi router? In the instructions it states it needs to be at least 3 feet away from it.

QuestionWith this system having a wireless speaker, will voices on TV and DVR movies match mouth speaking movements? Is there a delay (like Japanese movies converted to English where speaking doesn't match the video)? Thanks!

- Answer The sound system connects to the tv using a optic cable which would allow voice and video synchronization perfectly. Now, to answer to your question, the movie subtitles and voice all are dependant on the video player and uploads to the website and has nothing to do with the speakers. What you get on tv, you get on speakers. If the voice doesn't match on tv, it won't match on speakers too.

QuestionI have the 50” amazon fire tv and for some reason it seems like the optical from the soundbar to my tv does not fit into the tv. It seems like everything lines up but doesn’t push and click fully in. I’ve had to use the Bluetooth feature. Any ideas ?

- Answer Make sure you remove the plastic connectors from both ends of the optical cable. I didn't do that at first. Then I went , DUH!

QuestionMy input keeps changing from Bluetooth to Optical when playing music via Bluetooth from my phone. It happens randomly, sometimes after a few seconds, sometimes a few minutes. Any idea what’s going on?

- Answer If you have a smart tv and a source (Blu-ray, game console, cable) is on, it may switch to the optical source. Turn off your other sources and see if the problem persists.

- Answer I'm sorry I haven't even used the Bluetooth The soundbar is so close with the TV that I ended up using the fiberoptic eye to connect And it works perfect that way.

- Answer I don’t think you are able to view anything, except for what is displayed on the sound bar. Which is what type of system is on.

QuestionThe wireless LG sound bar interferes with the receiver- the troubleshooting page requires that they are placed 1 meter apart. This won’t work, will connecting with and HMI still require separation? Or is there another option or will I need to pursue.

- Answer I'm not sure what you mean exactly but I do think the soundbar and subwoofer need to be separated. My soundbar is hardwired with an hdmi to my xbox one then from the xbox one to the tv but the subwoofer is plugged into an outlet approx. 6ft away. The subwoofer is bluetooth so that may be the problem but as far as I can tell plugging the soundbar directly into the tv or xbox, etc. should be fine.

- Answer This sound bar has an optical cable connection, if your projector has an optical out port then you will be able to project sound form the projector to this sound bar.

QuestionAre you able to control the bass & treble with this? I.e What if you are trying to turn down the bass.. are you able to do that?

- Answer The remote has + and - buttons for the "woofer". No independent treble though. If you turn the woofer bass down this I guess that would make the treble more prominent.

- Answer Its an LG .I got on Best Buy's site on my phone, and a friend told me what a difference it makes a TV sound a hundred percent better, and then me and a friend watched pink Floyd the Wall, and it makes a movie sound a lot better.
