A:AnswerThere is a slim drawer at the top for flatware and lids, that is the third rack, the middle rack is adjustable (I believe) and then there's the bottom rack. The top one is easy to miss if you don't know it's there.
A:AnswerYou will need to open door once wash cycle is finished! The machine has a high heat wash cycle It doesn't steam dry! If you purchase a stainless steel tub its best to open the door after washing anyway! This machine washes really good for me!
A:AnswerYes, there is a filter that needs to be cleaned periodically. We use the overnight dry cycle and the dishes are mostly dry in the morning, with the exception of plastic items. We haven't used the power dry cycle yet so I can't report on that function.

A:AnswerThis unit has the following power requirements: 120 V, 60 Hz AC only, minimum 15 A circuit breaker. Connect it to a dedicated, properly grounded branch circuit which is protected by a time delay fuse. The wiring must be grounded properly. If in doubt, have it checked by a qualified electrician. If following these directions, the breaker should not trip. ^CP
A:AnswerNot sure of the difference but this dishwasher shows nothing on the front. If I get a wet finger on it I wipe it off with a dry finger. It's great for not showing...
A:AnswerThe LG 24" Front Control Dishwasher with QuadWash™, NeveRust™ Stainless Steel Tub, and EasyRack™ Plus, Model # LDF5545BD does not use a heating element to dry the dishes, instead, it uses a Hybrid Drying System which relies on the heat that is retained by the dishes and the tub during the wash and rinse cycles to turn the moisture in the tub into humidity. Warm, moist air in the dishwasher is then pulled into a condensing duct in the door by a fan. The air then cools, which causes the humidity to condense. Room temperature air is also drawn into the duct to help the air cool down faster. When this moisture condenses into a liquid, it is drained out. Rinse aid is required to enhance the drying performance and it maximizes the amount of water that has already been sheeted away from the dishes before the dry
cycle begins. When the moist air in the dishwasher comes in contact with the cooler stainless steel tub, condensation occurs and turns into water droplets that trickle down the walls to the bottom of the dishwasher and are drained out. If you don't open the dishwasher for a while, it will dry out more completely. If the wetness bothers you, leaving the door slightly ajar will help the tub to dry out faster...^IFV
A:AnswerThe “10 Year Warranty Sticker" is actually affixed to a larger piece of transparent plastic that has been temporarily placed on the front of the LG dishwasher. This clear plastic sheet is merely attached to prevent scratching or minor damage to the front of the unit during shipping and installation. LG’s customer service appears to be unaware of this. In fairness, while it is the customer service representative's responsibility to know, the information was probably not provided in their reference material. To remove the plastic shipping sheet with affixed emblem, merely go to a lower left corner of the LG dishwasher’s door. Grab the corner’s edge of the plastic sheet and pull upwards while staying close to the front of the unit. Viola, the entire plastic sheet with affixed emblem/sticker is easily removed. What is left is the sleek, futuristic LG dishwasher design, the one every LG dishwasher customer expected and has now received.
