  • QuestionDoes this unit requires a specific outlet plug? 110voltage / 220 voltage

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer Hello there. Thank you for sharing your inquiry with us. We understand you're asking about the specific outlet plug required for your LG LW2524RD window air conditioner. The LG LW2524RD operates on a higher voltage than standard household outlets. This unit requires a 230V (or 208V) electrical outlet. It is not compatible with a standard 110V/120V household outlet. It does not have the round neutral slot found on standard 110V outlets. This type of outlet usually requires a dedicated 230V, 15A or 20A branch circuit. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lg-24500-btu-230v-window-air-conditioner-white/6585604.p?skuId=6585604 Your feedback is important, and we'd like to assist you further.
