QuestionHello,1 question i have.are the LG brand of refrigerators very safe to purchase now.also is the warrantys great on those units an are they a bare to have a tech work on them. Ive heard a ton of bad stuff about LG refers.true.

QuestionLG, in reference to crisper drawers. Greenfield,Wi. Southridge . VERY HELPFUL SALES PERSON. Showed him copy of your answer. There are NO adjustable vents behind drawers , drawers are properly installed. Not sealed.. Have YOU ever seen an LG refrigerator ?

Ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with InstaView™ Door-in-Door® and Craft Ice - PrintProof™ Stainless Steel, Model # LRMVS3006S. I cannot claim to have seen the crisper drawers for this model, but I own two different LG refrigerators and we also have LG Refrigerators at the office that feature crisper drawers...^IFV

QuestionSorry, Looked at a BRAND NEW model that was still wrapped up until we looked at it. If you get on your knees and look above the drawer, you will see a space between the top of the drawer and the bottom glass shelve. NOT HARD TO SEE

- Answer Thank you for alerting us about that. It is quite possible that since this was a brand new model that was still wrapped up until you looked at it then the crisper drawers were not aligned properly and would have had to be aligned properly by whoever was unwrapping the refrigerator when you looked at it. Crisper drawers should be sealed for them to work properly. The refrigerator has a 100% 5-star rating from verified purchasers and there has not been a single complaint about the crisper drawers so we would have to assume that the model you looked at is an aberration. Could you please let us know which Best Buy location you viewed the floor model at so we can contact the Home Appliance manager for that Best Buy location or have our Sales Representative for that location look into this. QuestionAre the middle or upper shelves on the right hand side InstaView door deep enough to hold cardboard half-gallon milk containers? Or is only the bottom shelf large/deep enough to hold half-gallon and one gallon containers?

- Answer You can't stand a half-gallon milk carton up in the shelves for the Door-in-Door® compartment in the LG 29.5 Cu. Ft. Smart Wi-Fi 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with InstaView™ Door-in-Door® and Craft Ice™ Maker - PrintProof™ Stainless Steel, Model # LRMVS3006S. You would have to store it on its side. The bottom shelf of the Door-in-Door® compartment will hold a both a half-gallon or gallon milk carton...^IFV

QuestionI am replacing a Samsung refrigerator similar to this model. In my current freezer when you pull it open there is a small long bin along the door which is perfect for ice packs etc... Can you tell me if this LG has a similar bin.

QuestionLG. You DID NOT answer my question, The crisper drawers ARE NOT SEALED. There is a 1/4" gap above the drawers. So, What difference does it make if the bottom slider is on fruit or vegetable ? If you want to see a sealed drawer , look at the GE Café.

- Answer The water that is dispensed through the Ice/Water Dispenser on the LG 29.5 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with InstaView™ Door-in-Door® and Craft Ice™ Maker - PrintProof™ Stainless Steel, Model # LRMVS3006S will be at the same temperature as your refrigerator compartment which can be set om 33 °F to 43 °F (1 °C to 7 °C). The default refrigerator temperature is 37 °F (3 °C). The tank capacity for the refrigerator's water reservoir is 350 cc (11.83 fl. oz). Only 1-2 cups of cold water can be held in the reservoir. When the cold water is dispensed, warm water (tap cold) comes into the reservoir and is held for future dispensing. When the dispenser runs out of reserved water, it dispenses normal room temperature from the tap. For new installations, it can take up to 24 hours to cool the water. After dispensing more water than the tank's capacity, the unit can take up to 6hours to cool the water again. When you dispense water, give the dispenser some time interval to produce more cold water...^IFV

QuestionBeen using for a month and the craft ice still is not fully round or clear, and once it melts, there is a residue floating. You can also taste a saltiness to it. Filter in use the whole time. Would like to hear from manufacturer and others with same.

- Answer I’m having the same problem with a residue and salty taste on the craft ice. The water dispenser water does not taste salty. The regular ice dispenser does not taste salty. And the water from my tap does not taste salty. Also, the craft ice was clear with no residue and no salty flavor when we first got the refrigerator about one month ago. The issue is new.
