Like all other TVs, regardless of brand or manufacturer, the LG 55" Class 70A Series QNED AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2025), Model # 55QNED70AUA, has HDMI inputs, (three HDMI inputs as you have noted for this model). • QuestionMy Netflix, Utube, Amazon Prime, etc buttons on the remote don't work. How do I get them to work? I go to update it online and it says that it's not supported. User guide doesn't say anything on the topic, checked numerous times. Please help!!!!!

    Asked by MommyMichelle.

    • Answer Hello there, Michelle. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your inquiry regarding the remote control functionality for your 55QNED70AUA. We understand your inquiry, and we want to ensure you can easily access Netflix, YouTube, and your other favorite applications through your Magic Remote. Often, when specific shortcut buttons are not responding, it indicates that the remote needs to be re-registered to the television to establish a proper Bluetooth connection. To troubleshoot this, please press and hold the HOME and BACK buttons together for five seconds until the power button flashes to deregister the remote, and then press the Wheel (OK) button while pointing the remote toward the TV to pair it again. This step typically restores the functionality of the dedicated app buttons and ensures the TV recognizes the commands. We are committed to providing you with a seamless viewing experience and want to make sure your equipment is working perfectly for you. • QuestionWe had had tremendous trouble keeping this hooked up to WiFi. It is in the same place as our old tv, which we also had on WiFi and streamed. We have done all the update, everything troubleshooting says to do. I still have 6 months warranty on this tv.

    Asked by CJ.

    • Answer We regret to read that the LG 55" Class 70A Series QNED AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2025), Model # 55QNED70AUA, is not staying connected to your Wi-Fi network, regardless of updating the firmware and all the recommended troubleshooting, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If you have not done so yet, try performing a full power cycle by unplugging both the TV and router for 60 seconds. Other effective fixes include clearing the network cache by "forgetting" the network, setting a static IP, disabling IPv6, and reducing nearby Bluetooth interference. You may have to contact our Customer Support on social media (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) to make arrangements for a service repair and have a technician check for a faulty internal Wi-Fi module...^Ivan.
